Go to your Downloads page:

Step 3:
Find the item (theme/template) you purchased.
Step 4:
On the right side of the product name, you’ll see a row of stars ★★★★★.
Click on the number of stars you’d like to give (1 to 5).
Step 5:
After selecting your rating, you can also leave a short comment or review describing your experience with the product and support.
